It's main business is to let the premises / warehouse on hire basis to customers at Port of Pipavav. The total usable area of the warehouse is around 76000 Sq. Ft. The company is currently in long term lease agreement with Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited (APM Terminals) which is 2nd largest cargo carrier company in the world.
